INFO

Beautiful, fun-filled and affordable and known as a value destination, Sevierville not only offers great sports facilities, but the overall destination is very appealing to families who travel for sporting events.

Among the highlights:

  • More than 14 zip lining courses in the area
  • The Tennessee Smokies Baseball Stadium, home to a Chicago Cubs’ Double A team
  • NASCAR SpeedPark, which features eight go-kart tracks, exciting family and thrill rides, 3-story indoor rock climbing wall, 2 mini golf courses, bumper boats, the indoor Speed Dome Arcade with more than 75 games and a merchandise store filled with NASCAR® licensed apparel including hats, shirts, jackets, die cast replica cars and much more.
  • Dollywood, a theme park that hosts more than 3 million guests a year and is the biggest ticketed tourist attraction in Tennessee
  • The Tennessee Museum of Aviation, which features 50,000 square feet of exhibits, is dedicated to preserving aviation history, advancing aviation education and honoring those making contributions to aviation and aerospace

These great attractions and beautiful scenery combine to make Sevierville, located within a day’s drip of over half of the nation’s population east of the Mississippi, an appealing destination for producing sporting events that players and their families also consider a vacation.

The Sevierville Golf Club features the par-70 Highlands course, which winds through rolling foothills, and the par-72 River course, which plays along and across the Little Pigeon River.  Additional amenities include the area’s largest practice facility, which includes an expansive driving range with grass tees, a large putting green and a chipping/pitching green.  Plus an outdoor pavilion, restaurant, locker rooms, showers, meeting space and a well-stocked Golf Shop.

Smokies Stadium

Smokies Stadium is home to The Tennessee Smokies, Double-A Affiliates of the Chicago Cubs.
